De acordo com o Instituto Nacional de Estat\u00edstica (INE) os pre\u00e7os m\u00e9dios dos im\u00f3veis est\u00e3o em alta desde 2020, com +6,8% no ano passado, valor mais acentuado do que em outros pa\u00edses da Uni\u00e3o Europeia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nos \u00faltimos 10 anos, o pre\u00e7o por metro quadrado, em Portugal, subiu 86%, passando de 1.432\u20ac\/m2 em 2010 para 2.670\u20ac\/m2 em 2020. Embora este aumento possa ser notado a n\u00edvel nacional, os especialistas apontam para um aumento semelhante de +70%, por metro quadrado na \u00e1rea do Tri\u00e2ngulo Dourado. Os clientes que procuram casas de luxo em Portugal procuram principalmente um im\u00f3vel em Lisboa, seguidos de perto pelos compradores que preferem o Algarve, especificamente o estilo de vida do Tri\u00e2ngulo Dourado, onde 60% das buscas de im\u00f3veis de luxo s\u00e3o realizadas por estrangeiros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os compradores brit\u00e2nicos sempre foram propriet\u00e1rios de im\u00f3veis proeminentes no Tri\u00e2ngulo Dourado e quando o acordo do Brexit foi proposto, o mercado imobili\u00e1rio no Algarve estava previsto para sofrer.
